Shipping & Exchanges

Everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives across the UAE — plus our exchange-only policy, damaged-item process, and warranty support.

Delivery areas & times

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE, with GCC shipping available on request. Within Dubai, same-day delivery is available for in-stock orders placed before the daily cut-off. Standard delivery elsewhere in the UAE typically arrives in 1–3 working days depending on the emirate; custom-made garments are dispatched once production is complete, and you will receive an estimated date at checkout.

Shipping fees

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your emirate. Orders above the free-shipping threshold qualify for free standard delivery within the UAE. Express delivery, where available, is offered for an additional fee shown at checkout.

Order processing & cut-off

In-stock orders placed before the daily cut-off on a working day are processed the same day; orders placed afterwards, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day. Delivery estimates account for UAE weekends and public holidays.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns. We operate an exchange-only policy for eligible items that are unworn, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, compression garments that have been worn, washed, or had their sealed packaging opened are not eligible for exchange.

To be eligible, you must request an exchange immediately — within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

To request an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Contact us to start the exchange within 24 hours of delivery, before sending anything back.

Non-exchangeable items

Some items cannot be exchanged:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure garments produced to your measurements.
  • Worn garments or items with opened hygiene seals.
  • Skincare and certain accessories where the seal has been broken.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty

Certain items carry a manufacturer's warranty. For any such item, we follow the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and process your claim accordingly. If you believe an item is covered, contact us with your order number and details, and we will assess and proceed in line with the manufacturer's terms.
