Return & Refund Policy

At Healfit, your satisfaction and health are our top priorities. We provide premium medical compression garments and post-operative care products, and we follow strict international hygiene standards to keep every customer safe.

Important notice

Because of the medical and hygienic nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

Exceptions are made only for defective, damaged, or incorrect-size items reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Exchanges & replacements

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact condition in which you received it.

We will gladly assist you with an exchange or replacement if:

  • The item is defective or damaged on delivery.
  • You received the wrong size (exchange only).

Refund process

Refunds are only available for products proven to be defective or damaged on arrival.

Approved refunds are processed within up to 14 working days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable — except where the refund is due to our error (a defective product), in which case return shipping is not deducted.

How to request a return or exchange

Please follow these three steps:

  • Report within 24 hours — contact us immediately after delivery with your order number and photos of the defect or size issue.
  • Wait for assessment — our team reviews your request; do not ship the item back until you receive approval instructions.
  • Inspection & resolution — once we receive the return we inspect it, and if approved we process your exchange or refund.
