About us
Healfit is a UAE-based supplier of medical compression garments and related accessories, including authorised Juzo products and custom-made solutions. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Healfit.
Products & medical disclaimer
Our products are medical devices intended to be used as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Information on this site is provided for general guidance and does not replace medical advice. Always consult your doctor or a certified fitter before starting compression therapy, and follow your prescription for compression class and wear schedule.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we cannot verify the required measurements — and will refund any payment taken.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
Custom-made garments
Custom-made and made-to-measure garments are produced specifically for you based on the measurements provided. Because they cannot be resold, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty or incorrectly produced. Please ensure measurements are accurate; we recommend a professional fitting.
Prescriptions & professional fitting
For higher compression classes a valid prescription may be required. You are responsible for providing accurate prescription and measurement information. Our certified fitters can assist, but final responsibility for clinical suitability rests with your treating professional.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Healfit or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Healfit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from incorrect use of a garment, failure to follow medical advice, or measurements provided to us in error. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
