Measurement tips
How to measure for leg compression
For stockings, knee-highs and thigh-highs.
Ankle (narrowest)
Measure around the narrowest part of your ankle, just above the ankle bone.
Calf (widest)
Measure around the widest part of your calf.
Below knee
Measure around the leg just below the bend of the knee.
Thigh (widest)
Measure around the widest part of your thigh.
Length
Measure from the floor to the back of the knee (knee-high) or to the top of the thigh (thigh-high).
How to measure for arm compression
For arm sleeves and gauntlets.
Wrist (narrowest)
Measure around the narrowest part of your wrist.
Forearm (widest)
Measure around the widest part of your forearm.
Upper arm (widest)
Measure around the widest part of your upper arm.
Length
Measure from the wrist to the top of the upper arm, following the natural line of the arm.
